- Operate CNC Router machine (3-axis)
- ArtCAM
- Aspire
- VCarve
- AutoCAD
- Convert DXF / STL / design files into toolpaths
- Set work zero and tool offsets
- Select appropriate cutting tools (End mill, Ball nose, V-bit, etc.)
- Perform wood carving, MDF cutting, acrylic cutting, engraving jobs
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish
- Monitor machine during operation
- Maintain machine and tools properly
- Follow safety guidelines
