Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with strong knowledge of accounting and finance operations in a manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, taxation, reconciliations, and supporting audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Assist in monthly closing and finalization of accounts.
- Coordinate with auditors and support statutory/internal audits.
- Monitor expenses, outstanding payments, and receivables.
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
- Support budgeting, costing, MIS reporting, and financial analysis.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, sales, and finance teams.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience in manufacturing industry accounting.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally / ERP and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Candidate Profile
B.Com / M.Com with 3 – 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing company. Candidates with strong practical knowledge of accounting, taxation, MIS, and financial reporting are preferred.
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
