Admin Executive – Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, and record-keeping skills and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office administration activities.
Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Handle office supplies procurement and inventory management.
Assist in scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
Prepare reports, correspondence, and administrative documents.
Support HR and accounts teams with administrative tasks.
Monitor office maintenance and ensure a well-organized work environment.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor coordination.
Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Prior administrative experience is preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
