Job Title: Sales Manager
Job Purpose
The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving project-wise sales targets, managing the sales team, driving site visit conversions, and ensuring a smooth sales process from lead generation to booking.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Manage, guide, and motivate Sales Executives and Channel Partners
- Handle lead allocation, follow-ups, site visits, and deal closures
- Conduct customer meetings, negotiations, and finalize bookings
- Monitor sales pipeline, bookings, cancellations, and collections
- Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines and company sales policies
- Coordinate with CRM team for documentation and customer follow-ups
- Maintain relationships with brokers, channel partners, and corporate clients
- Prepare and present daily / weekly / monthly sales MIS to management
- Track competitor pricing, market trends, and customer feedback

Qualification & Experience

- Experience: 3-4 years in real estate sales (Commercial Sales)
Work Location: Site Office / Head Office
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
