- Plan and supervise daily dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with warehouse, stores, and logistics teams for smooth dispatch operations.
- Prepare dispatch schedules and monitor delivery timelines.
- Arrange and coordinate vehicles as per dispatch requirements.
- Liaise with transporters and drivers regarding loading and delivery schedules.
- Track vehicle movement and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Supervise loading and unloading activities to ensure proper handling of materials.
- Verify quantities, packing, and documentation before dispatch.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards during loading operations.
- Maintain dispatch records, challans, invoices, and transporter details.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams regarding dispatch status.
- Prepare daily dispatch reports and MIS.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
- Monitor vehicle and loading operations to prevent damages and delays.
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the dispatch area.
- Experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of vehicle handling and transportation coordination.
- Experience in supervising loading and unloading activities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
