We are currently hiring for the position of Customer Support Executive with Across Assist - Company.
Location: Gurugram
Industry: BPO / Call Center
Experience: Freshers & Experienced (0–5 Years)
Compensation: Freshers – ₹20,000 In-hand + PF + Insurance | Experienced Candidates – Up to ₹4 LPA
Preferred Languages:
- Hindi
- English
- Malayalam
- Kannada
- Telugu
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Resolve customer queries and provide timely assistance
- Coordinate with internal teams and service partners
- Maintain proper documentation and records
- Provide troubleshooting support for products and services
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
Required Skills:
Good communication skills
Customer handling and call support experience
Troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
Documentation and coordination skills
Team collaboration and customer-centric approach
Experience in BPO/Call Center operations (preferred)
Eligibility:
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Candidates with BPO, Customer Support, or Call Center experience will be preferred
- Must be comfortable working from the Gurugram location
