Sales Executive (High-Ticket Real Estate / Investments)

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive Pre-Sales Executive to qualify leads, build initial interest, and schedule
meetings for the Sales Manager. This role is critical in ensuring a strong and consistent sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound leads
- Qualify prospects based on interest and budget
- Explain basic investment concept and generate interest
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for the Sales Manager
- Ensure clients attend scheduled meetings
- Maintain regular follow-ups until meeting closure
- Update CRM with lead status and interactions
What We’re Looking For:
- 0–3 years of experience in sales/pre-sales
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Good coordination and follow-up ability
- Target-driven mindset (meeting bookings)
Compensation:
- Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives (uncapped earning potential)
