Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Associate to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across various online channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, paid advertising, social media management, content marketing, and lead generation, with the ability to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Manage the company's social media accounts, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, community engagement, and performance analysis.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools.
- Generate quality leads through both paid and organic digital marketing channels.
- Create engaging content for blogs, landing pages, social media posts, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
- Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other social media platforms.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing tools.
- Strong content writing, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
