Position: Broking Support Engineer
Experience: 3+ Years
Location: Makarba -Ahmedabad
Shift: Rotational – 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM / 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM

Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical and functional support for trading applications, APIs, and broking platforms.
- Handle Money Maker, Saral, Greek, XTS, STWT, IBT, CDSL/NSDL and related applications.
- Troubleshoot trading applications across Desktop, Web and Mobile platforms.
- Manage BOD/EOD, API calls, exchange connectivity (NSE, BSE, MCX, NCDEX) and related issues.
- Troubleshoot Windows, Servers, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, Wi-Fi and network connectivity.
- Manage hardware/software installation, configuration, patching, antivirus and endpoint security.
- Handle user tickets, resolve issues within SLA, and maintain daily MIS/documentation.
- Provide end-user support, data backup/restore, and coordinate with internal/external teams.
- Support third-party applications such as Tally, TDS, CDSL and trading applications.
- Willingness to commit to a minimum tenure of 2–3 years.
Key Skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows OS, Servers, Networking and Trading Applications.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI Model, LAN/WAN, Active Directory and Office 365/Outlook.
- Good communication, documentation and problem-solving skills.
