Email Marketing & Media Account Manager – Remote

British Media Company is looking for an experienced Email Marketing & Media Account Manager to join our growing team.
This is a dual role combining hands-on email marketing and lead generation with client account management. You will be responsible for running email campaigns, communicating directly with clients, managing accounts and ensuring work is delivered smoothly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing
- Create and manage outbound email marketing campaigns
- Write clear, engaging and conversion-focused email copy
- Build and manage prospect lists
- Set up email sequences and follow-ups
- Generate leads, enquiries and sales opportunities
- Monitor campaign performance and improve results
- Report on leads, replies, meetings and conversions
Media Account Management
- Act as a point of contact for assigned clients
- Communicate confidently with clients via email, WhatsApp and video calls
- Manage client expectations, requests and deadlines
- Provide regular campaign and project updates
- Coordinate client feedback with the wider team
- Ensure client work is delivered correctly and on time
- Build strong professional relationships with clients
- Identify opportunities to improve client results and grow accounts
Requirements
- Fluent English is essential
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Clear, easily understood English suitable for international client calls
- Confident speaking directly with UK-based clients
- Previous experience in email marketing, digital marketing or lead generation
- Previous client management/account management experience
- Must be comfortable attending and leading client calls
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Able to manage several clients and tasks at the same time
- Professional, reliable and proactive
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Reliable computer and internet connection
- Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms is beneficial

Compensation
£300 GBP per month + commission on sales.
There is an opportunity to earn additional income based on performance and sales generated.
