Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, promoting healthcare products and medical equipment, and converting inquiries into business opportunities while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling activities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable healthcare products and medical equipment.
- Follow up with prospective customers to maximize conversions.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team when required.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM/software.
- Achieve assigned sales and productivity targets.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and call handling procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Any Degree.
- Freshers and candidates with experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or healthcare sales are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools will be an added advantage.
Mandatory Language Requirement
- Fluency in Tamil, English, and Hindi is mandatory.
- Candidates must be able to communicate effectively with customers in all three languages.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Healthcare, Medical Equipment, Pharmaceutical, Hospital, or Diagnostic industries will be an added advantage.
