Job Responsibilities
- Monitor daily food & beverage cost reports
- Control inventory, wastage, and stock variance
- Conduct monthly stock audits and reconciliations
- Prepare MIS reports and cost analysis
- Coordinate with purchase, kitchen, stores, and finance teams
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and internal controls
- Manage recipe costing and menu profitability
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Hotel Management / Finance
- Experience in hotels, restaurants, breweries, or resorts
- Strong knowledge of F&B costing and inventory control
- Good Excel and reporting skills
- Attention to detail and analytical mindset
Preferred Skills
- SAP / Oracle / Material Control software knowledge
- Audit and budgeting experience
- Team handling capability
