1. Position : MEP Engineer (Electrical) – HVAC Knowledge
2. Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Engineer
(Electrical) with knowledge of HVAC systems for Shubham Realty
(Real Estate). The candidate will be responsible for planning,
supervising, and maintaining electrical and MEP works for residential
and commercial projects. The role includes coordination with
architects, contractors, consultants, and site teams to ensure all
electrical and HVAC installations are completed safely, efficiently,
and according to project specifications and quality standards.

Subham Velocity, Guwahati, Assam – 781005
4. Qualification Needed
B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Knowledge of MEP
systems and HVAC is required.
5. Experience
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in MEP (Electrical) works for real
estate, residential, commercial, or construction projects. Experience
in HVAC coordination and electrical project execution will be an
added advantage.
6. Skills
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, MEP coordination, and HVAC basics. Ability to read and interpret electrical, MEP, and HVAC drawings. Knowledge of electrical safety standards and building codes. Experience in site execution, testing, and commissioning. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred. Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activties.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
