About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and confident Business Development Associate to identify potential business opportunities and generate qualified leads through outbound outreach. The role involves engaging with decision-makers, understanding their requirements, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective B2B clients.
- Identify and qualify potential leads from assigned databases and market research.
- Connect with business owners, managers, and decision-makers to introduce company services.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-up activities in CRM/Excel.
- Follow up with prospects through calls and emails.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly outreach targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- 0-1 year of experience with excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, lead generation, or business development is an advantage.
