We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and help drive company growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business leads through various channels
Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals

Achieve monthly targets
Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Basic understanding of digital services / IT / marketing (preferred)
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
