We are looking for a professional, energetic, and customer-focused Receptionist & Telecaller to join our immigration consultancy office. The candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, welcoming clients, handling incoming and outgoing calls, following up with leads, and scheduling appointments for immigration consultations.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, telecalling, or sales is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-oriented environment
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
