Key Responsibilities:
- Managed end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory management.
- Handled e-commerce order fulfillment across marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch.
- Managed inventory using FIFO/LIFO methods, conducted stock audits, cycle counts, and maintained inventory accuracy through WMS/ERP.
- Coordinated inbound, outward, GRN, shipping documentation, and logistics operations with transporters and 3PL partners.
- Oversaw forward and reverse logistics, monitored TAT, resolved delivery issues, and tracked shipment performance.
- Led warehouse teams, planned manpower, ensured compliance with safety standards, and monitored operational KPIs.
- Prepared operational MIS reports, maintained documentation, and supported cost optimization through efficient warehouse and logistics planning.
