Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Welder to fabricate and install solar module mounting structures at residential, commercial, and industrial project sites. The candidate should be experienced in arc welding, metal fabrication, and site work while following safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate and weld MS/GI solar mounting structures as per drawings.
- Install rooftop and ground-mounted solar support structures.
- Cut, grind, drill, and assemble steel components.
- Ensure proper alignment and structural strength of mounting systems.
- Read and understand fabrication drawings and measurements.
- Perform welding using Arc/MMA welding equipment.
- Maintain welding tools and equipment in good condition.
- Follow all site safety rules and wear required PPE.
- Coordinate with the installation team to complete projects on schedule.
- Report daily work progress to the Site Supervisor.
Required Skills
- Experience in Arc Welding
- Ability to read measuring tape and fabrication drawings.
- Knowledge of cutting, grinding, and metal finishing.
- Good understanding of structural fabrication.
- Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- ITI (Welder/Fitter) preferred or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1–3 years of welding experience.
- Experience in solar structure fabrication is an added advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
