The Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible for increasing patient footfall, strengthening referral networks, and promoting hospital services. The role focuses on building relationships with doctors, clinics, corporates, and the community to drive revenue and enhance the hospital’s brand presence.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
- Generate patient referrals through doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and corporate tie-ups
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors
- Identify new business opportunities (corporates, TPAs, institutions, camps)
- Achieve monthly revenue and patient acquisition targets
- Promote key departments (IPD, OPD, diagnostics, surgeries)
- Coordinate for corporate empanelments and insurance/TPA tie-ups
Marketing & Promotion
- Plan and execute health camps, OPD drives, and outreach activities
- Promote hospital services through field marketing and local networking
- Coordinate digital marketing efforts (social media, campaigns, promotions)
- Support branding initiatives to improve hospital visibility
- Organize CME (Continuing Medical Education) programs and doctor engagement activities
Relationship Management
- Maintain regular follow-ups with referral sources and key clients
- Ensure high satisfaction among patients and partners
- Address queries and coordinate with internal departments for smooth service delivery
- Act as a bridge between patients, doctors, and hospital management
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
- Track patient inflow trends and identify growth areas
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly performance reports
- Maintain database of leads, referrals, and conversions
