Job Description
- Provide first-level and second-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues across the organization.
- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, biometric devices, IP phones, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, operating system, software application device issues within defined service levels.
- Manage IT helpdesk operations by receiving, tracking, prioritizing, and resolving user requests and incident tickets.
- Support and administer Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, user account management, and email troubleshooting.
- Provide user training and guidance on IT systems, software applications, cybersecurity awareness, and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct periodic IT asset audits and ensure inventory records are updated and compliant with company standards
- Support and maintain business applications such as ERP, HRMS, CRM, payroll systems, attendance systems, and other enterprise applications.
- Coordinate with software vendors and service providers to resolve application-related issues and ensure system availability.
- Maintain accurate records of laptops, desktops, printers, networking devices, software licenses, warranties, and AMC details.
- Develop, maintain, and update IT policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), user manuals, and technical documentation.
- Manage IT asset lifecycle activities, including procurement support, allocation, tracking, maintenance, upgrades, and disposal of IT equipment.
- Conduct periodic IT asset audits and ensure inventory records are updated and compliant with company standards.
- Monitor LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, internet connectivity, and network performance to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

- Ensure high levels of user satisfaction through timely issue resolution, effective communication, and continuous improvement of IT support services.
- Implement and maintain data backup procedures, disaster recovery measures, and business continuity support systems
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
