Job Title: HR IT Recruiter

Location: Sector 63, Noida
Experience: 2+ Years (Consultancy Experience Mandatory)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for technical positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Manage salary negotiation, offer roll-out, and follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely position closures.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2+ years of IT recruitment experience.
- Mandatory consultancy recruitment experience.
- Good understanding of IT roles and technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions independently.
