Job Role : HVAC Business Head (Leadership Role)

Salary : ₹6 – ₹12 LPA (Negotiable based on experience)
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic HVAC Business Head to lead operations and drive strategic growth and setup and lead operations, execution and growth. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role responsible for end-to-end business performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead overall business strategy and revenue growth
- Oversee project execution and ensure timely delivery
- Drive business development and client acquisition
- Manage key client relationships and stakeholder communication
- Supervise technical teams for high-quality HVAC implementation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and sustainability standards
- Build a high-performance, innovation-driven team culture
Required Qualifications :
- Strong expertise in HVAC systems, ventilation, IAQ, and energy optimization
- Proven leadership in HVAC/business operations
- Experience in strategic planning and revenue growth
- Excellent client management and communication skills
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and sustainable engineering practices
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical or HVAC Engineering
- Proficiency in HVAC design & management software
