Summary
We are seeking an experienced Liaisoning Architect with strong expertise in dealing with statutory authorities, particularly BMC (Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation), SRA (Slum Rehabilitation Authority), and MHADA (Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority). The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing project approvals, coordinating with government agencies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and facilitating smooth execution of residential, commercial, redevelopment, and rehabilitation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end approval processes with BMC, SRA, MHADA, and other regulatory authorities.
- Prepare, submit, and track architectural drawings, proposals, and documentation required for approvals.
- Coordinate with government officials, consultants, surveyors, and legal teams to expedite approvals.
- Follow up on various NOCs, permissions, commencement certificates (CC), occupation certificates (OC), and related approvals.
Maintain thorough knowledge of:
o BMC approval processes and regulations
o SRA schemes, rehabilitation policies, and procedures
o MHADA regulations and redevelopment guidelines
o Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning (MRTP) Act
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Additional certifications in urban planning, redevelopment, or project management will be an advantage.
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in real estate, redevelopment, or construction projects.
- Proven experience in liaisoning with BMC, SRA, and MHADA authorities.
- Strong exposure to redevelopment, rehabilitation, and affordable housing projects.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of DCPR, MRTP Act, and redevelopment regulations.
- Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and statutory drawings.
- Knowledge of approval workflows and government portal submissions.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
