We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, maintaining strong customer relationships, guiding clients through our services, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Provide accurate information about company services and processes
- Follow up with clients regarding documents, appointments, and updates
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth client processing
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/data systems
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Support the sales and counseling team when required
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills
- Ability to handle customers professionally
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Multilingual communication skills will be an added advantage
Preferred Qualification
- Any Degree / Plus Two
- Experience in customer service, telecalling, or client handling preferred

Pay: ₹15,754.85 - ₹28,167.49 per month
