Job Title: Electrician – AC CNG Buses
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical maintenance, inspection, and repair of AC CNG buses.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical faults in Ashok Leyland diesel, CNG, and EV buses.
- Repair and maintain electrical systems including:
- Vehicle wiring harness
- Alternators
- Starters
- Batteries
- Lighting systems
- HVAC (Air Conditioning) electrical components
- Electronic Control Units (ECUs)
- Repair or replace defective electrical components using appropriate hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure vehicle reliability and safety.
- Maintain service records and follow standard operating procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all repair activities.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve electrical faults independently.
- Experience using electrical testing and diagnostic tools.
- Understanding of vehicle wiring diagrams and electrical schematics.
- Knowledge of HVAC electrical systems in buses.
Preferred Qualification:
- ITI/Diploma in Electrician, Automobile Electrical, or a related trade.
Experience:
5-10 years of experience in electrical maintenance of commercial vehicles, buses, or heavy vehicles.
Preferred Experience (Added Advantage):
- Hands-on experience with Ashok Leyland electrical systems, especially BS-VI, CNG, and EV buses.
- Experience in AC bus electrical maintenance and diagnostics.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
