Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and growth-focused Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive learner acquisition and business growth. The ideal candidate will identify opportunities, engage potential learners, build relationships, and convert leads into enrollments.
Candidates with prior EdTech / Education industry experience will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through calls, referrals, and online channels
- Build relationships with prospective learners and business prospects
- Understand learner needs and pitch relevant programs
- Drive admissions and revenue growth through strategic follow-up
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to improve conversions
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and performance reports
- Achieve weekly and monthly business targets
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or admissions
- EdTech experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing ability
- Target-driven and self-motivated mindset
- CRM and reporting knowledge preferred
- Fluency in English and Malayalam preferred
