- Job Title: Sales Executive – Construction Chemicals / Building MaterialsQualification:
- Any Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably B.E. – Civil Engineering)
Experience:
- 1–4 years of experience in Construction Chemicals / Building Materials industry, preferably in:
- Tile Adhesives
- Waterproofing Products
- Industrial Flooring Solutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving sales targets of Adhesives and Tile Care products within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Builders, Contractors, Dealers, and Applicators to drive business growth.
- Identify, approach, and manage key accounts and large-scale builder projects for project-based sales opportunities.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to execute strategies that ensure sustainable business growth aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct product presentations, site visits, and technical support to clients as needed.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities and improvement areas.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy business relationships with customers.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of construction materials, tile adhesives, waterproofing systems, and related applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
