Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Expert / Recruitment Database Coordinator to support our recruitment operations through accurate Excel-based data management. This role will be responsible for maintaining our candidate database, managing open job records, tracking submitted profiles, and updating submission portals.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database in Excel
- Track and manage open jobs, job requirements, client details, and current hiring status
- Maintain records of submitted candidate profiles
- Track candidate submissions, interview updates, feedback, selections, rejections, and follow-ups
- Update and manage submission portals as required
- Ensure candidate and job data is accurate, complete, and properly organized
- Identify and remove duplicate, incomplete, or outdated candidate records
- Coordinate with recruiters to collect updates on candidates, jobs, and submissions
- Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly Excel-based reports for recruitment activities
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate, client, and company information
- Support smooth recruitment workflow by keeping all tracking sheets current and accessible
Requirements
- Experience in MIS, recruitment coordination, HR operations, staffing support, or data management
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable using Excel formulas, filters, sorting, formatting, data validation, and basic reporting
- Experience maintaining candidate databases, job trackers, or submission trackers
- Ability to manage large volumes of candidate and job-related data accurately
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Ability to work with submission portals and keep records updated
- Responsible, organized, and able to handle confidential information

Pay: ₹8,698.23 - ₹31,842.39 per month
