- Monitor hospital quality standards and patient safety practices.
- Conduct internal audits and maintain NABH-related documentation.
- Track incident reports, complaints, and corrective actions.
- Ensure departmental compliance with policies and SOPs.
- Coordinate training programs on quality and safety.
- Collect and analyze quality indicators and monthly reports.
- Support accreditation processes and continuous improvement activities
