- Cost Analysis: Prepare cost estimates, negotiate pricing, and ensure competitive outsourcing solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor outsourced components for compliance with company standards, drawings, and specifications.
- Production Coordination: Align outsourced production schedules with internal project timelines.
- Technical Support: Provide engineering guidance to vendors, resolve technical issues, and ensure manufacturability.
- Documentation: Maintain records of outsourcing activities, contracts, and performance reports.
