About the Role We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-commerce Team Leader to lead our Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho account management team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, in-depth marketplace knowledge, and the ability to drive team performance while ensuring excellent seller support. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage the Account Management team.
- Monitor daily team performance and ensure task completion.
- Guide team members in resolving seller issues on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
- Conduct training sessions and improve team productivity.
- Review account health, listings, inventory, pricing, and advertising performance.
- Coordinate with Catalogue, Sales, and Support teams.
- Track KPIs and submit daily/weekly performance reports.
- Develop SOPs and implement process improvements.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements - Minimum 2–4 years of experience in E-commerce Account Management.
- At least 1 year of experience in leading a team.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Meesho Supplier Panel.
- Good understanding of account health, catalog management, FBA, advertising, and seller performance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under targets and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Skills - Team handling and coaching. - Process management and reporting.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
