Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to join our Loan Department. Freshers are welcome to apply. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, explaining loan-related products and services, and following up with potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain loan products, eligibility, and basic terms to customers.
- Follow up with interested customers and generate leads.
- Maintain proper records of calls and customer information.
- Coordinate with the loan processing team.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
Requirements
- Freshers can apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi; English communication is an advantage.
- Comfortable making regular customer calls.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Target-oriented approach.
Salary & Working Hours
