We’re Hiring: Project Management Generalist (End-to-End Delivery)
At Reon Technologies Private Limited, we’re looking for a results-driven Project Management professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from requirement gathering to delivery
- Define scope, timelines, milestones, and ensure projects stay on track
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Development, QA, Design)
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews)
- Manage task tracking, sprint planning, and storyboards/backlogs
- Ensure proper project documentation throughout the lifecycle
- Identify risks, resolve issues, and drive successful delivery
- Oversee QA & UAT to maintain high-quality standards
- Track performance, manage resources, and optimize workflows
Qualifications & Skills
- BCA / B.Tech (minimum qualification)
- Experience in project delivery or account management
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile & Waterfall methodologies
- Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, Slack
- Strong skills in task management, sprint execution, and backlog handling
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience managing IT projects (Web / Mobile / Software)
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum certifications, international client exposure, or experience in SaaS / CRM / ERP projects
