We specialize in designing, fabricating, and executing customized exhibition stalls for clients across different industries. We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Production Executive / Production Supervisor to manage production activities and ensure smooth execution of exhibition projects.
Role Overview
The Production Executive / Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating the complete production and execution process of exhibition stalls, from understanding designs and planning production to managing fabrication, manpower, vendors, transportation, installation, and dismantling at exhibition venues.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise day-to-day production and fabrication activities for exhibition stalls.
- Coordinate with carpenters, painters, electricians, fabricators, vendors, and other production staff.
- Understand and execute approved 3D stall designs, layouts, and production drawings.
- Coordinate with the design team to understand project requirements and ensure accurate execution.
- Plan manpower, materials, and production timelines according to project requirements.
- Monitor carpentry, fabrication, painting, electrical, branding, and finishing work.
- Ensure that the final stall is executed according to the approved design, measurements, quality standards, and timelines.
- Coordinate material procurement and requirements with the purchase team.
- Coordinate transportation of materials and ensure timely delivery to exhibition venues.
- Handle on-site installation, execution, modification, and dismantling of exhibition stalls.
- Coordinate with exhibition organizers, contractors, vendors, and site teams when required.
- Identify and resolve production and site-related issues efficiently.
- Monitor manpower productivity and allocate work according to project requirements.
- Ensure proper handling and utilization of materials to minimize wastage.
- Maintain production schedules and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Ensure projects are completed within the given deadlines.
- Be available for exhibition setup and dismantling work, including extended hours when project requirements demand.
Requirements
- Previous experience in production, fabrication, exhibitions, events, or related industries.
- Candidates from the exhibition stall design and fabrication industry will be preferred.
- Good understanding of stall fabrication, carpentry, electrical work, branding, and finishing.
- Ability to understand 3D designs, layouts, and production drawings.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage workers, vendors, and multiple production activities simultaneously.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to travel to exhibition venues for site execution.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict project deadlines.
- Candidates who can independently handle production and on-site execution will be preferred.
