Position Objective
The Production Manager will be responsible for complete ownership of manufacturing operations from receipt of engineering drawings to final dispatch of finished products. The candidate must possess strong technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, planning skills and the ability to manage people, processes and production resources effectively.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 10–15 years experience in manufacturing and production management.
- At least 5 years experience in a leadership role handling complete production operations.
- Strong knowledge of CAD/AutoCAD drawing interpretation.
- Experience in Industrial Automation, Control Panels, Electrical Panels, Fabrication or Machine Building industries.
- Excellent leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans.
- Lead complete shop-floor operations and manpower management.
- Read, understand and execute production as per CAD drawings and engineering documents.
- Coordinate with Design Engineers for drawing clarifications and manufacturability improvements.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards and delivery commitments are achieved.
- Manage supervisors, technicians, fitters, electricians, welders and operators.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Quality and Project teams.
- Reduce rejection, rework, downtime and material wastage.
- Implement 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor productivity, machine utilization and operational efficiency.
- Prepare MIS reports and conduct production review meetings.
- Ensure safety, discipline and housekeeping across the factory.

Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a hands-on Production Manager who understands CAD drawings thoroughly, can independently run the complete factory, possesses strong leadership qualities, takes ownership of production targets, coordinates effectively with all departments and consistently delivers results.
Pay: Up to ₹960,000.00 per year
