KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations Management: Managing workflow system/policy login system Handle production IT issues.
Responsible for identification and resolution of IT issues.
- Ensuring test for new releases error free system releases without any production outages.
- IT error production support spoc of PI responsible for logging tkts / Jira and their end to end closure for seamless issuance of cases.
- Will need to work with internal stakeholders including IT, Field ops for closure / RCA and resolution of IT stuck cases and their respective follow ups till issue get resolve permanently.
- End to end responsible for managing new system release process.
- Maintain publish monthly Dashboard to management of each and every logged item (IT Issue).
Measures of Success
- Proper follow up and closure of CARS tkts/ Jira/UNO.
- Adherence to timely mail response, Resolution of IT issues, testing and launch timelines
- Timely monitoring and closure of defects
- Timely defect free delivery of new Tech requirements
Key competencies/skills required
- Excellent Verbal Written Communication Skills with ability to handle business partner
- Multi-tasking capabilities with Eye for Detail.
- Well versed with MLI system Dolphin, Myflow ,Ingenium , mPRO, Omnidocs MMMA
- Knowledge of MS-Excel/ WORD
Desired qualification and experience
- Graduate / Post-Graduate in any discipline
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience in Operations
