- Cash Management: Balancing cash drawers at the start and end of shifts, managing petty cash, and reconciling daily sales reports.
- Customer Service: Greeting customers, answering questions, assisting with product location, and handling complaints professionally.
- Billing Accuracy: Ensuring correct pricing, applying discounts, and handling coupons or gift cards.
- Returns & Exchanges: Processing refunds and exchanges according to store policy.
