Role: Mechanical Engineer

JD:
- Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities for STP, WTP, and ETP plant equipment.
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of pumps, blowers, gearboxes, agitators, mixers, valves, conveyors, clarifiers, and sludge handling systems.
- Handle maintenance activities for MBR and MBBR-based treatment systems including aeration systems, diffusers, and membrane units.
- Monitor equipment performance and ensure minimum downtime of critical plant machinery.
- Carry out pump alignment, bearing replacement, seal replacement, lubrication, and overhauling activities.
- Inspect pipelines, valves, utility lines, and mechanical systems for leakages, vibration, and operational issues
