PAINTER(POWDER COATING)
1) Surface Preparation: Cleaning, degreasing, sanding and sandblasting parts to ensure proper powder adhesions.
2) Masking & Plugging: Applying tape or plugs to protect specific areas from being coated.
3) Spraying: Using electrostatic spray guns to apply powder coatings achieving consistent thickness and quality.
4) Curing/Baking: Loading parts into curing ovens and monitoring temperatures to create a hardened, durable finish.
5) Quality Inspection: Performing in-process and final checks for defects like uneven coating, missed spots, orange peel or contamination.
6) Equipment Maintenance: Cleaning spray guns, hoses, booths, and ovens to prevent contamination and ensure optimal performance.
7) Safety Compliance: Wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (Respirators, Gloves) and following environmental regulations.
8) Material Handling: Loading/Un loading parts from conveyors or racks.
09) Preparation of Daily Production Record;
10) Participate in training programs to improve skills and knowledge.
Education: 8th pass and above.
Work experience: At least one year experience as Powder coating Operator / Painter. Or Painter who are willing to do powder coating jobs.
Duty timings: Day and Night shifts.
Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
