Hindi Teacher Job Responsibilities (Grade 4-10)
Teaching & Lesson Planning
- Design and deliver engaging Hindi lessons for students from grades 1 to 10, following the respective board syllabus (CBSE or State Board).
- Develop lesson plans that include grammar, vocabulary, literature, and writing skills.
- Use interactive teaching methods, including storytelling, role-play, and audio-visual aids, to enhance learning.
- Assign and assess homework, worksheets, and periodic tests to track student progress.
- Prepare students for school exams, board exams, and any other assessments.
Student Engagement & Progress Monitoring
- Provide individual attention to students who need extra support.
- Track and report student progress to parents and the tuition center management.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions to address student difficulties.
- Encourage spoken Hindi practice to improve fluency and confidence.
Classroom & Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
- Coordinate with other subject teachers for an integrated approach to learning.
- Keep records of attendance, assignments, and test scores.
- Suggest and implement improvement strategies for students struggling with Hindi.
- Stay updated with curriculum changes and teaching methodologies.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 12.0 per week
