NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR / IT SUPPORT ENGINEER
About BetaSpace
BetaSpace Business Center provides managed office spaces, meeting rooms, and virtual office services across multiple locations. We are looking for a proactive Network Administrator / IT Support Engineer to manage network infrastructure and provide technical support across our branches.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain internet connectivity across all branches
- Troubleshoot broadband, Wi-Fi, LAN, router, and network-related issues
- Configure and manage routers, switches, access points, firewalls, and load balancers
- Perform LAN cable crimping, network installation, and maintenance activities
- Coordinate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) for new connections, upgrades, and issue resolution
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV camera systems
- Configure and maintain biometric attendance and access control systems
- Set up network infrastructure for new offices, workstations, and devices
- Monitor network uptime and ensure uninterrupted connectivity
- Manage user access permissions and basic network security measures
- Maintain inventory of networking equipment and coordinate with vendors
- Provide day-to-day IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and office systems
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Networking, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Networking or IT Support
- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, Wi-Fi configuration, and broadband troubleshooting
- Knowledge of load balancer and firewall configuration preferred
- Experience in CCTV and biometric system installation/configuration
- Ability to independently diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Good communication and vendor coordination skills
- Must own a Bike and be willing to travel between branches
- Immediate joiners preferred
