About the Role:
TechnoEdge Learning Services is looking for enthusiastic and creative individuals who are passionate about learning content development and project coordination. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in instructional design, e-learning content creation, team collaboration, and project execution.
The selected candidate will work closely with Instructional Designers, Graphic Designers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and clients to develop engaging learning solutions and ensure timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop instructional design storyboards and PowerPoint-based learning content for e-learning courses and training programs.
Collaborate with Instructional Design and Graphic Design teams to create high-quality learning materials.
Coordinate with internal teams and Subject Matter Experts to ensure smooth project execution.
Understand client requirements and convert them into clear and actionable tasks.
Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables using Excel and project tracking tools.
Support multimedia content creation through basic video editing and asset management.
Perform quality checks (QC) on storyboards, videos, and other learning materials to maintain content standards.
Maintain project documentation, content status reports, and productivity records.
Participate in team training sessions and continuously learn new tools and processes.
Assist in onboarding and knowledge-sharing activities within the team.
Required Skills:
Basic understanding of Instructional Design and e-learning concepts.
Good presentation and storyboarding skills using Microsoft PowerPoint.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Creative thinking and attention to detail.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting.
Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, or After Effects will be an advantage.
Familiarity with Articulate Storyline is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of responsibilities.
Eligibility:
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
Graduate in any discipline (preference for Mass Communication, Design, English, Education, or related fields) content writing.
Internship experience in content development, training, or e-learning will be an added advantage.
