Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Supervisor with 2–5 years of experience in interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring quality execution, and coordinating with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage interior fit-out works at the project site
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, designs, and specifications
- Monitor daily site progress and prepare status reports
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards
- Handle material inspection, usage, and inventory at site
- Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations
- Identify and resolve site issues promptly
- Coordinate with designers, architects, and project managers
- Conduct site measurements and verify quantities
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in interior site supervision
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution methods
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
