About the Role
Lessard Design is hiring an Architectural Designer III (Civil Engineer) with strong expertise in Revit Architecture and residential project documentation. The role involves preparing construction drawings and coordinating with project teams on Multi-Family, Single-Family, and Townhome developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings, construction documents, and detailing.
- Develop Floor Plans, Elevations, RCPs, Wall Partition Plans, and Millwork Drawings.
- Create and maintain Revit models and drawing standards.
- Support projects from Design Development through Construction Documentation.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and internal teams to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with project standards.
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in architectural design.
- Strong proficiency in Revit Architecture (Mandatory).
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Experience with Multi-Family, Single-Family, and Townhome residential projects.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation and detailing.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.
