The Zonal Manager will be entirely responsible for end-to-end field operations, billing cycle management, and revenue optimization within their assigned zone. The primary focus is to drive 100% billing coverage and achieve target billing and collection efficiencies by leading a large field workforce, optimizing spot-billing software/hardware utilization, and ensuring seamless coordination with DISCOM officials.
