Role Description
To ensure uninterrupted product availability across all sales channels by managing demand forecasting, inventory planning, production scheduling, procurement coordination, job-work tracking, warehouse stock visibility, and MIS reporting. The role acts as the central control tower between Sales, E-commerce, Procurement, Production Vendors, Warehousing, and Finance to maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing stock-outs and excess inventory.
Qualifications:
Demand Planning and Forecasting
- Track daily sales across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, D2C, and other channels.
- Monitor SKU-wise DRR (Daily Run Rate) and forecast future demand.
- Create weekly and monthly demand plans.
- Identify fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving SKUs.
- Analyze seasonality, promotional events, and platform trends.
- Generate replenishment requirements based on projected demand.

Product Planning
- Create rolling production plans based on DRR and inventory levels.
- Allocate production quantities across manufacturing partners.
- Ensure timely production execution against planned schedules.

Inventory Management

- Recommend liquidation plans for slow-moving inventory.
