We are looking for an accomplished Director of Sales with over 15 years of experience in IT services to lead our sales efforts in the US region. This role requires a seasoned leader who excels in Data Analytics, AI & ML, Application Development, QA, Cloud, and Managed Services, with a demonstrated ability to build a sales team from the ground up. The Director of Sales will be responsible for creating and implementing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, driving revenue generation, managing key accounts, and formulating effective sales strategies across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:-
Sales Leadership & Team Building

Build, lead, and manage a high-performing sales team from the ground up, including hiring, training, and mentoring top sales talent.

Foster a results-driven culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy Development

Develop and execute GTM strategies for the US market across core technology services, including Data Analytics, AI & ML, Application Development, QA, Cloud, and Managed Services.

Define market positioning, competitive analysis, and unique value propositions to drive growth.
Revenue Generation & Sales Growth

Own revenue targets and develop action plans to achieve or exceed sales goals, with a focus on high-growth and profitable engagements.

Identify and prioritize new business opportunities to drive revenue and expand the client base.
Account Management & Client Relationships

Manage and grow relationships with key accounts across multiple industries, acting as a trusted advisor to understand client needs and deliver customized solutions.

Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

Design and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets, increase customer engagement, and enhance brand visibility.
