Key Responsibilities1. Customer Follow-Up & Reorder Management
- Maintain database of all existing customers and distributors.
- Track customer purchase history and reorder cycles.
- Contact customers before their expected reorder date.
- Generate repeat orders and coordinate with the sales team.
- Follow up on pending quotations and previous inquiries.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular communication.
- Conduct periodic feedback calls.
3. Sales Tracking & Reporting
- Update CRM daily with customer interactions.
- Maintain records of orders received, pending orders, and lost opportunities.
- Prepare daily and weekly reorder status reports.
- Monitor customer-wise sales trends.
4. WhatsApp & Communication Management
- Send product updates, offers, and new launch information.
- Share promotional materials and follow up on responses.
- Maintain customer engagement through WhatsApp, calls, and emails.
5. Coordination
- Coordinate with dispatch, accounts, and production departments.
- Inform customers about delivery schedules.
- Follow up on outstanding payments when required.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Daily
- Minimum 40–50 customer calls.
- Minimum 20 meaningful customer conversations.
- CRM updated 100%.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Customer relationship management: 3 years (Required)
