Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans.
- Expand sales and business operations in different states and regions.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop new markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
- Collect daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports from sales executives and regional teams.
- Track team performance and ensure achievement of assigned targets.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within assigned timelines.
- Ensure timely achievement of sales and revenue goals set by management.
- Monitor target performance and take corrective actions whenever required.
- Follow up regularly with sales teams to ensure target completion.
- Drive business growth and maximize sales opportunities across assigned territories.
- Review target achievement status and submit progress reports to management on a regular basis.
- Ensure timely achievement of sales targets and business objectives across all assigned states and regions.
- Take responsibility for achieving company sales targets and ensuring team members meet their assigned goals on time.
- Conduct regular meetings with sales teams and provide guidance for business growth.
- Handle key customer negotiations and close high-value deals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and accounts teams for smooth business operations.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer retention.
- Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, and revenue generation activities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
