Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a positive and engaging learning environment, foster students' academic and personal growth, and inspire a love for learning among young children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Assess and monitor students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and educational activities to enhance learning.
- Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills among students.
- Maintain classroom discipline and promote positive behaviour.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress and development.
Requirements:
-Diploma in Education or Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed.) or a relevant teaching qualification.
- Strong classroom management and organisational abilities.
- Passion for teaching and working with children.
- Proficiency in English and basic computer skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Creative teaching methods and activity-based learning techniques.
- Ability to use educational technology and digital learning tools.
